About the GoToMyPC Referral Program
The GoToMyPC Referral Program lets you share the power of remote access with your friends, colleagues, and contacts. By sharing your unique referral link, you can reward both yourself and your referrals when they sign up for a qualifying GoToMyPC plan.
How to participate
- Make sure advertising cookies are enabled in your browser. For more information, see section Enable advertising cookies to participate in this article.
- Click on the Referral Program option in the left menu of your GoToMyPC dashboard.
- On the referral page, share your referral link or QR code, or send invitations directly via email, LinkedIn, or X (formerly Twitter).
- When someone (your referral) uses your link, they will be directed to the GoToMyPC purchase page where the following options are available:
- Annual Plan
- Annual Monthly Plan
Enable advertising cookies to participate
Depending on the browser you use, you have the following options to delete site cookies:
- Google Chrome
- To delete cookies in Chrome, go to . Then search for gotomypc.com and select the trash icon next to it.
- Mozilla Firefox
- To delete cookies in Firefox, go to . Under Cookies and Site Data , select Manage Data. Search for gotomypc.com, choose Remove Selected under the list, and save your changes.
- Microsoft Edge
- To delete cookies in Edge, go to Settings and select Manage cookies at the top. Select See all cookies and site data, then search for gotomypc.com, and select the trash icon next to it.
- Safari
- To delete cookies in Safari on a Mac, go to . Select Manage Website Data, search for gotomypc.com. Select Remove, then select Done.
Rewards for advocates
For every qualifying referral (new customer) who signs up for a selected plan and remains a paid subscriber for at least 60 days, you’ll receive a $25 gift card. Both you (the advocate) and the referral must have an active, valid GoToMyPC plan at the time the reward is issued. See our Terms and Conditions below to get the full picture.

Every referral who signs up via a referral link receives a one-month discount on their total plan cost.
Terms and Conditions
- Qualified plans
- Only the Annual and Annual Monthly payment plans are eligible for referral rewards and discounts. Free trials are not included.
- Reward disbursement
- Gift card rewards are granted only after confirming the referral has remained a paid customer for at least 60 days. Gift cards are issued 60 days after the referral’s purchase date.
- Valid plan requirement
- Both the referring advocate and the referral must have an active GoToMyPC subscription at the time the reward is distributed.
- Cancellation and refunds
- If the referral cancels within 30 days, a full refund is issued and no gift card is awarded to the advocate. If the referral cancels between 30 days to 60 days, auto-renewal is disabled, and no further refunds are given and no gift card is awarded to the advocate.
- Referral link use
- Only sign-ups completed via a valid personalized referral link qualify for the program.
- Program changes
- GoToMyPC reserves the right to change or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can existing GoToMyPC customers be referred?
- No, only new GoToMyPC users who have never had a qualifying plan can be referred under this program.
- How many people can I refer?
- There is no published limit. Refer as many people as you would like.
- How will I receive my gift card?
- Gift cards are typically delivered via email 60 days after the referral’s qualifying purchase.
