Access your GoToMyPC Corporate billing portal
If you're a GoToMyPC Corporate user, learn which billing portal you use and how to access it.
Before you begin:
You must be a billing admin to perform this task.
Important: This info is for GoToMyPC Corporate customers only. If you have a Pro or Personal plan, then you can access your billing portal from the GoToMyPC admin portal.
Please excuse our mess! We're in the process of migrating all accounts over to GoTo Admin for their billing. If you're unsure which billing portal you use, compare what you see in your billing portal against the images below:

| If you sign in to your billing portal at https://admin.goto.com, then you use GoTo Admin. | If you sign in to your billing portal at Corporate Billing Portal, then you use the Corporate Billing Portal. |
If this is the first time you've accessed your billing portal, check your GoTo welcome email to find the billing portal URL, or you can attempt to sign in to each portal to see which one allows you access.
