Biometric authentication
You can use biometrics to authenticate when logging in to the GoToMyPC mobile app.
Biometrics can be used as a means of authentication when you are using a mobile device that supports fingerprint or facial recognition for identification. Support for the use of biometrics will vary depending on your device manufacturer and/or the version of the operating system you are running.
To enable biometric authentication for your mobile device, do the following:
- Select Settings on the left of the screen.
