Leaving positive feedback
- Click Provide Feedback in the Help menu of the top taskbar.
- The feedback dialog opens. If you rate GoToMyPC a 9 or 10, you are asked to select up to two reasons for your positive rating.
- You can add an optional detailed comment in the text field.
- Click Send.
Note: Your positive feedback earns you one month of GoToMyPC free subscription for one PC. Click the link at the end of the thank you message to leave a review at the TrustRadiussite.
Leaving negative feedback
Note: Once you select an option, the corresponding troubleshooting support site opens to offer a solution to your problem. "Difficult to operate" and "Missing a feature" opens the community site. If no check box is selected, the home page of the support site opens.
- Click Provide Feedback in the Help menu of the top taskbar.
- The feedback dialog opens.
- If you rate GoToMyPC to 8 or less the following screen appears.
- Select two reasons of your feedback.
- You can add an optional detailed comment in the text box.
- Click Send.
- You will see the following pop-up window:
Note: If no rating is selected, only the Skip button is enabled. The check box options selected will be concatenated with the feedback text and sent to telemetry.
