Access the Corporate Billing Portal

The Corporate Billing Portal of GoToMyPC allows users to manage their billing activities efficiently.

You can do the following in the Corporate Billing Portal:
  • View, accept, and reject quotes
  • View and print the last 20 invoices
  • Update billing information: (Credit card number, Address [not country], phone number, payment method [credit card/check/ACH])
  • Add contacts to receive invoices
  • Edit Purchase Orders and expiration date
Important: If you want to add a new payment method, modify an existing payment method, or change your default payment method in the Corporate Billing Portal, you'll be redirected to the Payment methods page in GoTo Admin Billing to update your payment methods.

Once you're redirected, GoTo Admin will become your default billing portal and you will no longer have access to the Corporate Billing Portal. Using GoTo Admin won't change any of your billing info or permissions. With GoTo Admin Billing, you can view your invoices, accept quotes, manage subscriptions, and review and update other billing info.

Accessing the Corporate Billing Portal

  1. Obtain a purchasing or billing contact email address listed on your corporate account.
  2. Log in at http://link.logmeininc.com/corporate-billing-login.
  3. Select Reset/Create your Password.
  4. Enter your User ID (MUST be the email address of the purchasing contact or billing contact of the account).
  5. Select Create Password.
    Note: You must use an email address that has already been established and provided as one of the billing contact emails for the account. If you use an email address that is not recognized by our system, then no access will be granted. For further assistance, contact Customer Care directly.
