Enable cookies for GoToMyPC
GoToMyPC requires that cookies be enabled on your Internet browser before you log in to begin a session. If your browser is not already configured to accept cookies, you must modify the security settings for your browser.

Enable cookies in Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- From the three dot menu
in the upper right corner, select Settings. - From the Cookies and site permissions tab, select Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Enable the Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) toggle to allow all cookies.
Enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- From the Tools menu select Options and the Privacy tab. In the newer versions of Firefox, you must press the Alt key to display the toolbar menu.
- From the Firefox drop-down menu, click Use custom settings for history. If you prefer to only allow cookies from www.GoToMyPC.com, uncheck the box next to Accept cookies from sites. Click Exceptions, type "www.GoToMyPC.com"and click Allow.
Enable cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the Tools menu, click Internet Options. In the newer versions of Internet Explorer, you must press the Alt key first to display the toolbar menu.
- From the Privacy tab, change the Settings slider to accept cookies. If you do not see the slider bar, click Default to display it.
