You can view and edit your account information, change your account password and much more on the My Account page.
Note: GoToMyPC Corporate customers should contact their account manager for account and billing related questions.
- Log in to your account at https://www.gotomypc.com/members/login.tmpl.
- Select My Account in the left toolbar.
- Choose one of the following account options from the expanded My Account menu.
- My Account: Edit the name on the account, change your password, and enable the Remember Me feature.
- : Update your credit card information, change your billing address, and manage subscription options.
- : Add computers, change your plan type, view pricing information or upgrade to GoToMyPC Pro.
- : View your current balance and print a billing receipt.
Note: If you are trying to pay an invoice and run into an issue, contact us by selecting Contact Support.
- : Change your location and language settings, manage your email subscription, and enable desktop notifications.
