Pausing a GoToMyPC plan
If you want to take a break from using GoToMyPC but you don’t want to cancel your subscription, you can now pause your personal or pro accounts.
The period of the pause can be either 30, 60, or 90 days. Once you choose a period of time and pause your plan, your subscription is not billed during this time. Your plan's end date is also extended by the same period of time. You can resume your plan any time.
- Log in at https://www.GoToMyPC.com/members/login.tmpl.
- Select My Account and Billing info in the left toolbar.
- At Manage Subscriptions, select Cancel Subscription.
- Navigate through the quick questionnaire, then at ’Just need to pause your plan?’, select Pause my plan, then select Next.
- Select the number of days you wish to pause your plan (30, 60, or 90), then select Next.
Results: You’re done! Your subscription is now paused.
What to do next:
Note: You can check the number of days left from your pause at the My computers page, at the Billing info page, and at the Plan selection page. At the My computers page, you can resume your plan by clicking Resume plan.
