Reinstall GoToMyPC

You can learn from this article how to reinstall the GoToMyPC app.

Before you begin:

To reinstall GoToMyPC on your host computer, you have to be physically present at it when you set it up.

  1. Sign in to your account at https://www.gotomypc.com/members/login.tmpl.
  2. Select My Computers in the left toolbar.
  3. From your computer list, select Options next to the computer you want to reinstall.
  4. Select Remove.
  5. On the Remove "[Computer name]" from our list of host computers? page, select Remove.
    Note: This action removes the host computer from your account's list of added host computers.
  6. Follow our guide to install GoToMyPC.
