Remove an end user on my Pro or Corporate account
You can learn from this article how to remove an end-user from your Pro or Corporate account.
- Login to your GoToMyPC Manager Account.
- Select Manage Users on the left navigation menu.
- Type the email address of the desired user into the Find field.
- Select Search Users.
- Check the box left of the desired user.
- Select on the Change Status drop down menu.
- Select Delete.
- Select the Change Status button.
- Check the box if you would like to Send email notification to deleted users.
- Select the Continue button.
