Upgrading or changing a GoToMyPC plan

GoToMyPC and GoToMyPC Pro users can log in to their accounts to view or modify their plan selection and billing options at any time.

Note: Upgrading or changing a GoToMyPC plan is not available for GoToMyPC Corporate users. GoToMyPC Corporate users should contact their account manager for account- and billing-related questions.
  1. Log in at https://www.gotomypc.com/members/login.tmpl.
  2. Select Plan Selection in the left toolbar.
  3. You can
    • review your current plan
    • add or remove the number of computers
    • select whether you want an annual or monthly plan.
  4. Select Continue and confirm your payment information.
  5. Make sure you select the I accept these payment conditions option and then select Complete purchase.
    Remember: Payment conditions include the automatic renewal of your plan.
