Learn how to listen to audio from your host computer on your client computer during a GoToMyPC remote session.

The Remote Sound feature allows you to stream audio from your host computer to your client computer during a remote session. This is useful for activities such as:

  • Playing music
  • Listening to system notifications
  • Participating in audio calls initiated on the remote computer
  1. Start your remote session by selecting Connect in Browser.
  2. Select the Remote sound icon to enable audio streaming.
  3. Verify that host computer audio is now playing through your client computer's speakers or headphones.
  4. Adjust the volume as needed, by using the in-session volume controls to increase or decrease the transmitted sound level.

Results:

Audio from your host computer will now stream to your client computer during the remote session.
