Desktop notifications
Desktop Notifications provide simple and effortless access to complimentary GoToMyPC software upgrades, information, news, and discounts you may be eligible for.
Desktop Notifications deliver information right to your desktop, allowing you to safely receive important product information that is relevant to you. Desktop Notifications are sent only by GoToMyPC as a service to our customers.
How it works
When you are online, Desktop Notifications automatically communicates with
GoToMyPC servers to see if there are any new messages for you. If there is a message on the server, Desktop Notifications displays the message on your computer screen. On a PC, Desktop Notifications can be enabled from the
Preferences window on the
Host tab.
This feature is not available on Macs.
