Troubleshooting being locked out of your GoToMyPC account

There could be a couple of reasons why your account has been locked. Review the troubleshooting tips below.

Wait for the lockout duration to end
If you attempt to sign in with the wrong password too many times, your account will be locked for a duration of time, depending on how many times you attempted. You'll see a Please try again in approximately <number> minutes message. If you forgot your password, select the Forgot Your Password? link to reset it.
Contact your administrator
If you are still unable to log in to your account, contact your administrator to unlock your account.
