What do I do if I lose connection while setting up a remote printer?
If you lose connection while setting up a remote printer, configure GoToMyPC to launch automatically and restart the installation.
Confirm GoToMyPC is configured to launch automatically
- Select the GoToMyPC icon
in the system tray. - From the Host tab, confirm that the checkbox for Automatically is selected.
- Reboot your computer and confirm GoToMyPC has successfully launched by looking for the in your system tray.
Restart the printer installation
- Select .
- Right-click the printer you want to enable and select Remove Device.
- Restart the printer setup process.
