Resolve a "Document could not be printed" error
If you have updated your Adobe Acrobat Reader since November 2022 and you are using G2P for remote support between Windows computers you might get a "Document could not be printed" error message when trying to print. The issue is caused by some missing print parameters.
- Open the .pdf document you want to print from Adobe Acrobat Reader on the host computer.
- Navigate to the Print dialog from File menu.
- Select the GoToMyPC Printer from the list of printers - it will be selected by default in the session.
- Select Page Setup... at the bottom left corner of the print dialog.
- Select Size under Paper and change the default selection to a different size - for example from Letter to A4.
- Select OK to save your changes.
- Select Print on the main Print dialog.
