Grant permission for GoToMyPC on macOS
On macOS 10.14 (Mojave) and later versions, new levels of permissions and privileges are required.
Before you begin:
To check which operating system you're running, select here.
- In the Need Permission dialog box, select OK.
- In the Accessibility Access (Events) dialog box, select Open Security Preferences.
- In the bottom-left corner, select the lock icon. An Authentication dialog box appears.
- Log in with an Administrator account.
- Select g2p_launchagenthost.
macOS Ventura and later versions
- Select the Apple Menu icon.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Privacy&Security.
- Scroll through the Privacy&Security list and select Accessibility.
- Select g2p_launchagenthost.
Results:
You can now run GoToMyPC on your upgraded OS.
