Reactivate your GoToMyPC account

You can reactivate your account if you are within 90 days of cancellation and expiration. During those 90 days, your information will remain on the expired account to allow for reactivation. If it has been more than 90 days since your plan expired, you will need to sign up and buy a new GoToMyPC plan.

  1. Log in to GoToMyPC using the email address and password last used when account was active.
  2. Under My Account, select Plan Selection in the left menu.
  3. Select the number of computers you want access to and choose a payment plan.
  4. Select Purchase.
  5. If you have increased the number of computers, confirm your billing information and select Continue.
    Note: To make changes, select Change under Billing information.
  6. Make sure you select the I accept these payment conditions option and then select Complete purchase.
    Remember: Payment conditions include the automatic renewal of your plan.
